i will never forgive a single soul that recommends without some alterior motive (say, causing insanity) happy hardcore. just so everyone is appraised
id have to go with the tried and true favs, sasha/digweed, some oakenfold (newer stuff is largely uninspired, nearly all the tracks off 'Bunnka' were infinitely better remixed by other, 'hipper' acts, such as deep dish), deep dish

, dj marky has some excellently dance-inspiring tracks (drum n bass hailing from brazil). If you were able to find it, give his essential mix from last year a try, a live recording of a show he put on with MC Stamina at one of the festivals in the UK. continuing!: carl cox, adam freeland (old school detroit influences), benny benassi, sven vaeth (his latest album was pretty damned good in my opinion, some of the more faithful may disagree).
and last but certainly not least, Agoria, aka the Parisian DJ Sebastien Devaud. Awesome meld of techno/house, with a flavoring of trance (positively love the basslines in his debut album "Blossom". if you can find a copy, get it, amazon selling an import to the US presently). in fact, im listening to it right at this moment

if youre not referenced to the whole electronica genre, an easy way to ease yourself into it is making it a point to listen to the essential mix via radio1's website.

they offer their weekly show streamed free for a full week after the show, so no worries about the legality of obtaining rips online (if one were determined one could find them, but again, legality is questionable).
