From where I am sitting, much of celebrities problems comes from too much, too soon. They seem to have been handed this stellar career and didn't pay their dues like some others. I would think that it would be hard to develop self confidence and have a healthy level of self esteem if everything is handed to you, and people are your friends purely because you are famous.
