Did anyone see Milton Bradley's meltdown last night? He gets tossed (no big deal, but it was a 1-0 game) and proceeds to leave his gloves, helmet and bat in the box then he has a major tantrum. He takes a bag of balls and throws it on the ground and then throws another ball to the warning track. What an asshole. Dude needs anger management big time.
That's a great fucking picture.
Bradley loses cool, Dodgers lose game vs. Brewers
Quote:
LOS ANGELES -- Not even a tantrum by Dodgers center fielder Milton Bradley could put a damper on Doug Davis' outing for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Davis pitched six scoreless innings on three days' rest in place of an ailing Ben Sheets, leading the Brewers over Los Angeles 4-1 Tuesday night.
Scott Podsednik led off the game with a home run, and Davis (4-4) allowed just four hits with three strikeouts and two walks. The left-hander also escaped a bases-loaded jam in the third, helping end the Dodgers' three-game winning streak.
"I didn't really feel any different out there," Davis said, who couldn't remember ever pitching on three days' rest before. "I got in trouble in the second and third innings because I was trying to rush and make the perfect pitch.
"The game wouldn't even have been close -- they would have wiped us out -- if (coach) Rich Dauer didn't have the guys playing where they were playing," Davis said. "I don't know how many times I swore at myself because I thought it was going to be a base hit, and then looked behind me and somebody knocked it down. It was amazing."
Davis was moved up a day in the rotation because Sheets had a viral infection that caused inflammation in his inner ear. It prevented his scheduled rematch with Jeff Weaver, who he outdueled for a 3-1 win Thursday at Milwaukee.
Bradley was ejected by home plate umpire Terry Craft moments after stepping into the batter's box to lead off the sixth.

He also got kicked out of the Arizona Fall League after punching an ump.
