If you are looking for videos that show the proper way to do various lifts and excersizes, I recommend checking out Men's Health's fitness portion of their website; particulary the Home Grown Muscle series.
Not as much for the workouts, as the videos they provide.

You will see there are 10 phases. Each phase has diffferent lifts and excersizes, and at the bottom of each page (of a phase) there are numbers (links) that go into more detail.. And also have videos of how the excersizes are done properly.
It's possible they are doing some of the same lifts/excersizes you are, and thus you can watch a video or two and compare your form to theirs.
