1, A fee? More than likley if its a establised clan you'll prolly have to chip in to help pay for a server.
2, Most clans, at least the well known clans will require a fair to high amount of your time. Practice, Ladders, and what-not.
3, Each clan is diffrent in how they accept ppl. Most clans though will tell you to spend time on thier server getting to know the other members.
I thought about getting one going agin myself. Just need the time to put into it.
