SlimFast and "Diets" are great for losing weight, but what are you gonna do when you stop doing them. I don't think that taking SlimFast for LIFE is a realistic, or healthy alternative, so what you should really be looking at is a lifestyle change. This isn't as dramatic as it sounds. All it consists of is eating the correct types of carbs - unrefined and adding protein so that you will feel fulfilled for longer. Eat up to 6 small meals a day so that you "keep the fire burning" and try not to eat too many carbs in the evening. Always incorporate excercise and you will be able to sustain this parten for life and not even think of it as a diet. Watch out for "low fat or low carb" foods as they usually have hidden sugars which will be stored as fat if they aren't burnt off. You can eat almost anything you like as long as you are sensible about it and don't go silly everyday.
