As outlined here, 3PM local time on Memorial Day is the "National Moment of Rememberance" - where we pause for a minute of silence to reflect upon the day and to allow for Taps to be played.

In honor of Memorial Day, I plan on observing the minute of silence at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery. Where will you be?
