You don't have to quit eating hamburgers to do all that.
Just buy leaner meats, cook it yourself, and don't over do it. A lean hamburger or two every month won't kill you.
Its the people that buy hamburgers from macdonalds or whatever every day, or even a couple days a week, that get/stay fat.

PS Don't be suprised if your weight stops dropping...don't get discouraged if it does, weighing a lot doesn't mean much..its about being able to lift alot and looking good
