Derwood, I found this combo quite by accident and I believe it can be an OCCASSIONAL answer to your aforementioned probs.
25 to 50 mil. of viagra combined with 2 to 3 narcotic painkillers (you know the kind they give you when they pull a tooth) I can assure you that not only will you stay erect but your stamina will be through the roof. Again DO NOT make this a regular thing as products such as vicodin and percocet are very addictive, but I can guarantee that it will leave both yourself and your wife smiling.
