There are a couple that have come up as jokes that don't strictly speaking fit the description here. Nevertheless:
Vinnie the Pooh - "Lemme Tell yas, you ain't nevah had it until you had you nose stuck in a honey pot. Badda Bing! So Chris the Kid Robin and me, we had to ice Piglet. Little bastard squealed."
Joey Cube Dick - I had a co worker who told me about this guy she dated who's unit had corner's. My buddy Joey and I just started going off on it. "It's like a two by four. Damn thing's perfectly square. You wanna look? What, youse too good to look at it?"
Left-Eye Lewie and Tommy Twofingers - Just random names that got attached to co workers. Louis is metrosexual, and he was a bit taken aback. "Why left-eye?" he said. "Well, you do have a left eye, don't you?" Sez Joey.
