Hal should make a regular thing out of what he did before, with the deleting of accounts with less than x posts.
Only difference is that people can just re-register again straight away, not like before, when there was a freeze on new accounts.
Maybe the ultimate solution is make the titty board available only to members with > 100(?) posts.....
