Not to mention how can one tell whether or not some of the girls are underage or not. I mean sometimes its obvious because the child is young enough to actually look really young, but 16 or 17 year olds can easily look 18+

(this is for people who just download porn, not distribute it, though technically they are distributing it if its in there shared folder)
