It sounds like you don't have any intrinsic happiness... what do you have for yourself that makes you happy? If you can't find that you're going to be struggling with that for the rest of your life. It sounds like a lot of decisions are being made for you... that will make anyone feel down. Try to take charge of something and make it yours.
