No, as far as I know he did not get up and running. We did however get in a bit of a fight. I feel the same way you do. What a waste of time. He clearly hasn't taken the time to read the manuals or he would have know about the certs among other things. He was pretty disgusted with the support and started getting on me about it. He knew we were scheduled to talk to you this morning and on a tight schedule. I can't believe he was so ill-prepared. Oh well, such is life. He was supposed to send me the log files and let me know if he needed more help. He hasn't as of yet. I'll let you know if he calls back.
