no advice for ya...
but i have felt that before. it doesn't hurt really, but it is a bit unsettling.
it kinda reminds me of that feeling you get when you're swimming and someone taps the bottom of the pool with their toenails. ya kinda "hear" it in your neck. ok... i'm weirding myself out here.
