Always Always Always pee after you have sex, even if you don't feel like you have to.
I used to get bladder infections all the time and I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy. And yes, I always got them right after sex, It was the worst.
Make sure it doesn't go untreated because it will turn into a kidney infection.
Stay away from Soda or Beer (anything that's carbonated) and no orange juice/lemonade. The citrus hurts too. Drink lots of water.
This will sound strange, but when you have to pee when you have a bladder infection, take a glass of warm water in with you and pour it over your crotch while you are peeing. It will help tonz. Good luck
