Also B6, calcium. Have both seemed to help them. Though you take a suppliment. You could check the RDA numbers on those particular suppliments. Make sure it's enough.
I constantly "caused" the cramps in my feet and legs while I was pregnant by stretching. Doc said to up my suppliments and drink lots of water. It could be a combination of those too.

ok you're the third to mention lack of vitamins so maybe I should look into that.
