Back hand that sucker with a reverse grip. The pressure change is great. If you want to simulate fudgepacking, put it in a vise. Now give that handle a crank. Now some more. Now tighten up to you feel you are going to explode. then give it one more good crank. Awesome! Now remember to yell "cleanup on aisle 5" as you leave the hardware store.
