I'd go for value RAM and a better videocard unless you plan on overclocking. I don't mean generic cheapshit RAM, either -- I mean Kingston, Crucial, etc. A better videocard will improve performance way more than a better processor or even better RAM. Today's games use videogames much more than the processor and RAM, especially when compared to 3 or 4 years ago.
