saut

I've been having this dull pain in the lower right side of my abdomen, right about where my waist is. It feels like a cramp, or maybe gas, except this has been going on for about three days, so I don't think it's either of those. Can anyone tell me what is located where my pain is, and what it could mean? (I'd ask my doctor, but the pain is barely noticable most of the time, it's more annoying than anything).
