I tried and tried to get my hubby to just taste it once. He won't do it, thinks it's gross. He will kiss me after a blowjob though with no problem, so he probably gets a little taste. I do think it's only fair that men should taste it once.
Just as an aside: I don't really understand why girls don't swallow it. It's already in your mouth, so how does spitting it out change the situation? Probably not many girls in this thread to address that question. I'll have to post in the ladies lounge on that one!
