w00t! Bit of an update-- I am majorly excited now. After researching lots of different schools, I know exactly what I want to do.

First, the local community college. I can get an associates in English that transfers to Ohio State. OSU offers a degree in folklore...or a degree in literature with a folklore emphasis. That is incredibly perfect. I've always been interested in folklore, but I didn't think it was something colleges would offer programs in.

After all that, I can apply to graduate school...at Kent State, which has the only ALA accredited Library Science program in Ohio. They have a satellite campus in Columbus, which I believe is on the Ohio State campus. How perfect is that?

It's going to take at least eight years, but that doesn't bother me. I've finally figured out what I want to do with my life, and how to get there. I'm in such a great mood now!
