as of right now it is deemed an accident......BUT the asshats had the propane tank inside on the second floor.....roof went up and out---then all 3 foors came down...
Paper this morning says only six dead....
some of the contractors are being critisized because they would not take their big equipment accross the border to help....
They said there were no assurances from Mexico that they would let them bring it back....(of coarse with the right amount of cash you can do anything over there)....I think I would have had second thoughts on taking a quarter of a milliom dollar machine over and not getting it back.......CYA..(cover your ass)
