well I've heard that finger joint clicking is bad for you, but I'd always assumed it was an urban myth made up by people who find it irritating
I don't think clicking isn't necessarily bad but that's more an opinion than a hard fact
if this is with regard to exercise, you shouldn't really lock joints out straight when lifting
