A cough.. or... How can I explain...
While exhaling, make a loud noise.. Do it quickly too. Like a 'AAAH'.
It will stimulate the "muscles"? that are spazzin. Usually they stop. Do it by yourself, or in public, cough.. lest ye look like an ass.
