I find it difficult to get sympathy for my problem, since most people have trouble getting enough sleep, but I DO think it's a problem.
I'm 19 years old, and if I just let myself sleep, then usually I will sleep for
16+ hours. I will usually wake up around 12 hours into it because I have to pee, but then fall back to sleep without even getting up to do that. Then around 4 hours later, it gets so bad that I force myself out of bed in order to urinate... after that I have no problems staying up. If I set my alarm, there's a 50% chance that I'll sleep through it, even if it's blaring (my alarm turns itself off after an hour). Really, what I want to know is why I get so much sleep. It's distressing to wake up and realize you've missed pretty much the whole day, and I don't even feel refreshed afterwards. Not to mention how badly is screws up my sleep schedule... it's tough to go to bed at midnight when you woke up at 6pm!
Sure, I could probably wake up to an alarm even on days where I don't have to be anywhere, but it would be nice to be able to sleep naturally and not sleep for so long. I seriously think that I have a problem, but I don't know if it's true or if I'm just the laziest man of all time
