Big ska fan here, and I've seen RBF live three times. I think the drummer on Cheer Up was significantly more musical than their previous recordings, but unfortunately he has left.
My other favorite ska-ish band is Perfect Thyroid. They were an upstate NY band together for about ten years, recently broke up. If you can track down "Which One Of Us Is Me?", I highly recommend it. The lead singer has a rich, clear baritone, and the lyrics are very happy and PC.
