stealth-wise, I agree. but other than the stealth aspects of the game, they are completely different.

MGS is more of a sci-fi approach to the genre, while Splinter Cell holds everything more realistic. It's hard for me to choose, but so far, I've liked the plots of the MGS series better so far. Splinter Cell's plot was a little muddy at times. MGS made you honestly care about what was happening at all times. kept you on your feet. in Splinter Cell you just wanted to be unseen
