I play lots of live and I've found the best way to set up a team is to look at each players individual ratings. Decide what kind of team you want (fast break, half court, passing, etc) and find players who have high stats in the right areas. You can find centers in dynasty mode that can block anything and score inside every possession but are slower than a snail and have no shot but they fit in with your vision for the team. I personally like fast break teams so i make sure everyone on my team has speed and good passing. Steals also help a lot for this type team.
