It's really not that hard though it can help to have two people.
I'd remove offending seat to replace the covering. I'm not familiar with hondas and you didn't specifiy bench or bucket. If bench there is usually a couple bolts holding the seat in from the front down by your seat or the clips are internale and you can release the seat bottom by pushing back and lifting up. For buckets remove the bolts that attach the rails to the floor.
For $120 you might want to see if you can find one in a wrecking yard. It is easier to remove a seat twice then to change the covering.
