My personal favorite creation in the wok was a variant on the chicken fajita:
chicken
oranges
Green Pepper
Onion
Fajita Seasoning
A dash of lemon juice
Cooked in a light olive oil
Crushed Red pepper
A dash of Garlic powder
I wouldn't have thought that the oranges would be so tasty...but they were.
