you can register your domain there, AND they have a $0 hosting program. 20MB of free space, 1GB transfer per month, email accounts, etc.

this is great if you're just starting out with learning to code/design your own pages... they have add-ons, like cgi/ssi/frontpage extensions, etc. at an extra charge... or you could go with their paid hosting services which are the best and cheapest IMHO.
