Television screens flicker and glow, they automatically draw attention. I find myself drawn to them in other cars when I'm driving, and for some stupid reason I want to know what it is that they are watching. So, I dislike all TVs in cars. Read a book if you are bored in the backseat.
That aside, we were watching porn on the overhead screens on a college bus trip back in 1990, so this isn't new.
