A word on option C:
I think it's unsafe to assume that it's C even when there are women like ariekitten (and myself) that sometimes do mean it that way. It's just polite to give a woman her 'romantic space' (I don't know what else to call it) when she says that because that's what you know she wants for sure... or she wouldn't have said it! Besides, I think when C is the answer, it's obvious enough in her body language and tone that there is less of a question about it. (Then again, a lot of the ways that women communicate can be confusing for men... so I hear.
