uhhh, no fucking kidding. i really hate all the people in my dorm whining about their atkins diets, and i really feel like their falling for a bandaid solution. half of them don't seem to understand what their doing, and mess it up, and the other half may lose some weight, but also muscle mass and skrew up their matoblism.. adkins is like this site for me.
