Maybe try and force yourself to not take the nap after the lessons? You will then be tired enough to go to bed earlier...
Or try not to think about sleeping when you're going to sleep...
Otherwise you are almost having stress because you're basicly saying to yourself: SLEEP! NOW! FASTER!
