    Had a day long bicycle adventure yesterday that started at 6am and ended in exhaustion.

    Knocked out Day 7 this morning, will take care of Day 8 tonight.

    Time for sleep...again.
    Had to take a nap after work just to be functional from the pace of things

    Well, I never shirk off on that (no pun intended)
    Constant cardio. (at least 4 times / day :rolleyes: morning, lunch, after work, before bed - not scheduled or habit...just a feeling that clicks, no shame, no denial)

    Certainly not sleep...only got 5 hours last night
    No naps either today.

    It's just a surge of something that the gears are clicking...not that I'm complaining.
    Actually, I hope I can leverage it...get some stuff done. Hope it keeps going.

    On another note...I'm noticing the push-ups are starting to kick in...build is looking a bit bigger. That or I'm growing... (aren't ya supposed to shrink as you get older? I guess that's a lot older)
    Perhaps this challenge is kicking in my energy.

    Had a gout flare-up the past couple of days, so I held up.
    You know what it's like to do pushups and a squats with an inflamed big toe??? (and nausea for bonus?? :eek:)

    So combined days 11. 12 and 13 to catch up
    240 squats. 240 leglifts and 34 pushups (spread it out in sets of 20, 20 and 10)

    Now to do a few slow miles of strolling (get some fresh air in the sun before Yom Kippur starts...maybe think about my sins early :(:mad::confused::eek::oops::rolleyes:)

    Taking a break for the Holiday...then will start again Tuesday.
