Mass Effect: both of them, multiple times

Final Fantasy 1, 2, 3 (american numbering)
Portal
Bionic Commando
Shadowgate
Maniac Mansion
Resident Evil
Bioshock

I don't have 8 hours a day that I can contribute to gaming anymore, otherwise the list would be longer. I'm a sucker for story driven, multiple path type games. Or games with excessively realized settings, like Mass Effect or Dragon Age.

Now that I have the movie theater upstairs, I love graphic-intensive PS3 games. I'm hoping that some more with epic graphics and environments like GoW and AC surface so that I can get hooked on something new.

 

Uncharted and Uncharted 2 (with 3 coming out this winter). They are unbelievably gorgeous

 

Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. Every time I start again, I tell myself I'm gonna mix it up this time... different character, different party members, different strategies. And somehow, I always end up doing everything exactly the same. Ah, well. I enjoy it that way

 

Derwood: I really want to give them a shot, but I loathe using the PS3 controller for a shooter game, FPS or otherwise. Give me a keyboard and mouse, great. Give me any hand held controller, and you'd think Helen Keller was suffering a seizure. I probably would have enjoyed the Bioshock series, but couldn't tolerate more than 20 minutes of it before it went back to GameStop.

 

Shooting is not a very big part of the game. It's more about exploring/puzzle solving.

 

I play the hell out of CoD: Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops not so much.

 

borderlands. i've been reading up on the sequel which has been getting updates lately and is due 4/12.

Man... I played this three summers in a row!

I keep coming back to Civ5 and getting pissed off with myself for getting addicted.

 

C&C:Red Alert 2, Diablo II, WoW, MineCraft

 

Darkstone for PSOne and Crytalis for NES.

 

I have EXACTLY the same problem. The only thing I've been able to change successfully is my character's gender, and that only because I wanted to play through all of the romances. >< Otherwise it's always a sorcerer and I always end up with roughly the same party. Oh well. What a fantastic game THAT is. I like Dragon Age, but it was no Baldur's Gate.

The other game I find myself playing over and over is the original Deus Ex, which I have actually played in virtually every way it's possible to play that game. Demolition, hacking, stealth, sniping, heavy weapons, non-lethal, luddite, melee. You name it, I've probably done it. COME TO ME HUMAN REVOLUTION!

 

Il2 Sturmovik. that game has got to be pushing 10yrs, but dang it is still fun.

 

Black Ops, Modern Warfare 2, and though I haven't played it in over a year, I played Resident Evil 4 on the Wii five or six times through. Loved that one.

 

I keep wanting to play the original Toejam and Earl for SEGA, but I've yet to bother installing it on my computer. I've had the disc for years, but... eh, can't get myself to sit down and do it.

Also: Katamari Damacy. Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na naaaaaaa. Naa na na na na na...
