I'm looking to bulk up and I'm not into protein shakes, I was wondering what forms of natural protein could I use as a replacement.

protein comes in many forms. it really depends on what you're trying to do. what are your actual goals? if you are looking to just get bigger, i wouldn't worry too much about getting lean cuts. are you looking to gain muscle while staying some what lean?

the thing about protein is it usually comes with a lot of fat or a lot of carbs, so it really depends on what you're doing.

tuna obviously, chicken breasts, lean beef cuts, low fat cottage cheese, beef jerky (i like the kind without msg, but hard to find), TURKEY BACON my fav (wrapped around asparagus ftw). if you dont care much about fat then eggs, and about any meat enters into the picture.

If you have trouble gaining weight and are already slim, the trick isn't just a focus on protein, but calories.

Consider sticking to your current food intake (assuming it's balanced and nutritious enough), and then adding an entire meal on top of that. One easy way is to make up a large batch of rice and beans or some kind of rice-based casserole otherwise. This can be eaten conveniently and is filled with healthful calories.

Some trainers will warn how there is often too much emphasis on protein and not enough on overall caloric intake. If you have a caloric deficit, it's going to be really difficult to gain weight, especially if you aren't that big to begin with.

my thing is staying lean but gaining muscle... my pre-workout meal consists of meat (chicken, pork or beef) rice and one other veggie. I tried that 100 pushup challenge and I've doubled it for a day because I needed something more intense, I've also included a run in between push up sets and on my off days as well. I usually do the rice more for energy during the run because I sweat the most during that portion of my "routine."

Anything that would help build bulk, I'm not sure about adding another meal as I want to stay lean as well...

You're not going to gain bulk on push-ups, or running, especially at that volume. Your training regimen needs to be dialed as well, so you really should go read resources like Exrx.net and find a program that works for you.

The other issue here is that lean mass gain is very difficult even if your work out is dialed properly. If you are eating enough calories to gain mass, your body will want to store some fat. If you are going to try and go this route, stick to carb sources that are nutrient dense with less calories (green vegetables, no starches), and get most of your calories from protein and fat. Consume small amounts of starchy carbs (i.e. sweet potato is best for this), post workout, with in a half hour.

Protein is the base of healthy body. It found in many shapes. Use of protein is depend upon the goal, weight, age, nature. If your goal is to gain muscles or gain weight then protein is the best way to achieve it. Fish, meat, chicken, egg, milk these are some foods who have full of protein and nutrition's.
