Need help on a photo-manip project for another avatar

If this is the wrong place, my apologies, mods.

I play a browser game that allows avatars to be bought for the characters, and I need someone with some artistic talent and the free time to doctor a pic of Tommy Lee Jones to look like a Lich.

The character I made will be a Lich by the name of Tommy Lee Bones.

250 pixels max height
250 pixels max width

The pic I uploaded looks like it would be easy, as you'll just need to enhance his face.
Maybe make his clothes a bit grungy, but it isn't necessary.

I usually call on Speed_Gibson, but I don't want to wear out my welcome with him, so I'm calling on others, as well.

Anybody up to this?

 

I'll give it a shot. This would be the meaning of lich you are using correct? Was not familiar with that word but sounds simple enough.

Most certainly, will play with it again this morning. Was going to in any event as it needs more work still.

No worries with that, I will start up GIMP/Photoshop just to play with it in a heartbeat. An actual request from someone gives me even more reason. On a semi-related note I am really enjoying Photoshop CS 6 so far, one of the benefits to the subscription option from Adobe is "free" upgrades with your monthly payment.

 

I much happier with this one after some nice additions. This has the tears in the clothes added, a scar on his cheek, and teeth courtesy of Tom Cruise.

 

Ok, that's just about perfect, and I don't want to be nitpicky, but if you open up the photo in my originial post and click through the pics so it has a sort of animated look to it, you'll see the angle of your add-on of his face doesn't match the angle of his head.
Can you angle the facial features to match the head, please?
I think the clothes are perfect.
