With the upcoming Muppets movie, we needed a place for all things Muppet. Be it about the new movie, the many many things they've put on the web, or any of the TV series.

I actually really enjoy the trailer for the movie. It just feels like a Muppets trailer.

Somehow I totally missed out on this video until just recently.

So, I like Kermit's "The Rainbow Connection".

 

The Green Album was just released recently. with current bands performing covers of Muppet songs. I really didn't enjoy the clips from it. Here's the lead-off track and video by OK GO:



It is probably the best track on the album, and yet, I lose interest in it quickly. I hope that this doesn't portent bad things about the December movie.

How can anyone not love the Muppets?

 

I had forgotten I had the Mupppets "The 25th Anniversary Collection - Music, Mayhem, And More!" album sitting on my server in MP4 goodness. Which tells me the CD is sitting on the floor in the collection as I only even consider using lossy audio codecs when I own the physical CD.

Cripes. I found a Muppets torrent years ago and have the first four seasons on my HD. FUN! I always wanted to go (with my friend) as one of the grumpy guys on the balcony for Halloween. Maybe this is the year?
