iPod question

    thinking about gettin one

    i would prefer to get one of the "big" ones 30-40 gig so i can have most of my music on it. but would probably listen to it mostly at the gym (treadmill) so....

    should i get the flash memory one, the shuffle?

    is the nano flash or hard disk?

    which one has the best sound quality?
