We had a cat, used to hang out on the landing, hiding. He would wait for you to start down the stairs, and then launch himself at the back of your knee, he thought it was funny I guess. An elderly Russian woman was arrested - after she stole her neighbour's stallion on her 80th birthday to tick off one her dreams on her bucket list.

Agrafena Vasilyevna was quizzed by police for rustling after sreeping into neighbour Igor Vasilev's stable, saddled up his horse Lyme and galloped away
When she returned an hour later she found her neighbour and a police car waiting for her.

Mrs Vasilyevna, from Tverskaya, told stunned officers that she had always wanted to ride a horse but had never had the chance.

"They told me off but it was worth it. I've fulfilled a dream I've had since childhood and I was running out of time," she said.

My Kiwi vet keeps threatening to do a sponsored run for an african childrens orphanage. Of course we will all sponsor him - although he doubts it as those in need have two legs not four. I have spoken to some of the other ladies, and the cunning plan is, if he does the New Forest marathon, we will do an old lady huka with walking sticks and frames ets - get him started.

 

i certainly don't want to go out making any sort of movements such as those. they look like orcs...or ostriches during mating season.

 

I think being chased by a pack of them would soon finish me off. You know, they do sing 'beware the hairy man....', so one look at my legs might scare them poopless! At least if you ever need an Orc, you will know where to find one - LOTR Land.
