business card

    Hoping someone can help me.
    Im looking to make a business card. I have an LLC. its called Pro Shift. Ive had it for a few years now and never had any business cards or anything like that made. In the last 3 or 4 months when i do work for people they ask me for a card or some type of advertisment. And i dont have anything.

    So im hoping yall can help me come up with a card or an image.

    I was thinking of some sort of the P and the S intertwined somehow, maybe 2 sets of gears or a transmission. Im not very creative when it comes to things like this. i had thought of a slogan something like When it dont go, call the Pro. I know it sounds dumb. but im not sure. i had thought about making them hot pink so they stand out, but thats proablly a bad idea. So im not real sure

    Hoping someone can help me with the design.

    With all the creative minds here i sure yall can come together and help me.

    Start off with Keep it Simple. Quick and easy....something is better than nothing.
    Just get some from a place like Staples for cheap. (500 for $15 or such)
    Just go to their site...they have many to choose from.

    Make sure the font type isn't too small...and it's clear to read.
    Especially the phone number. Or website.

    The first set will give you ideas what you like or don't like.
    And what works for clients and business.

    Don't do an all out custom job and large numbers of cards.
    Great for print shops...but not so much for you.

    Once you know what works for YOU and your clients/business....then you can up the ante.

    Service/product offered.
    Phone number and/or website.
    Your name (esp if you only list a ph #)

    Keep it clean & simple, & absolutely easy to read.

    You might find that people wanting vehicle repairs aren't interested an elaborate business card. For me a card from someone offering handyman services doesn't need to be as "fancy" as a card from someone offering say graphic design.

    Just go to the site...look up business cards (links below)
    or any online card site...there are many.

    Looks like traditional are now 250 for $22
    You can go to other online sites thar give more for less.

    But I prefer to pick it up at the store.
    Gives me a place to complain, in case there's a mistake.
    And an established company, in case I want more later. (other biz's go up and down in existence(

    Concur.
    Staples makes it easy peasy to create a business card. They have templates or can create own. If done in morning, can have in afternoon.
