BLTC (BetterLiving Through Chemistry)

my good old days on totse consisted of many things that most of which ive happily found right here on thetfp. but the one thing I haven't seen is a BLTC forum. a section for ppl of the drug counterculture to talk about drugs, drug use, drug laws, experiences, suggestions, drug recipes, ROA's, and methods of madness. that was always one of my favorites, not just because I like substances myself, but the people who hung around in it, the conversations, and the knowledge of what is a big part of many people lives. I know drugs probably fit somewhere else but having a forum dedicated to it will bring out a lot more discussion, information, and bonds between those who find refuge in altered states of reality. we are deep and unorthodox thinkers. we are resourceful and crafty. we have problems and vices, but they just make us more rounded individuals with perspective of the highest of highs, and the lowest of lows. we've seen and done things most people will never see or do, we've felt such pure pleasure and joy that no man should be able to feel, but our heads are held high while our high rolls on, knowingly carrying the burden of what we'll feel when the high is gone. we see things completely differently, our perception is heightened and changed for the rest of our turbulent lives. the world is not the same place it used to be before I altered my consciousness, I see people and things for what they really are and in some way have a deeper understanding of the universe and its workings. I may be burdened with a vice forevermore, but I wouldn't trade any part of it, even the lowest of the lows, for anything because what I gained from all of it is more valuable than anything I could be given. I believe an area for us users to mingle would benefit everyone, user or not, from all the wisdom, perspective of unnatural highs and lows, and understanding of what truly is for the better. I know I just became a member but im going to be a valued and productive member here and this is just one of many ideas rattling around in my blissfully chemically imbalanced mind. thank you all!

 

I like being able to see all sides of the spectrum, and I know that not all people will agree with or condone our choices, but I think thers just a lot more useful info and conversation and insight ready to be put to use here than the topic is given credit for. maybe even just a request only user forum?.. just some thoughts and ideas though. you know what the forum wants more than I do at this point!

 

ive come from the ashes of totse and totse2, after it closed I never thought id find anything comparable, but thank god the wind blew me here! thank you guys for your support and acceptance, much much more pleasant and tolerable than the flaming and incoherent bitching of the last days of totse. happy to be a part of TheTFP

 

also BLTC wouldn't have to be strictly about getting high, it could involve all chemistry and things related

 

Glad to see you jumping in and getting involved.
That's pretty cool for a new member.
It's been a while since I've done the better living through chemistry (they don't go so well with the meds I have to take, though that's chemistry right there) but this thread is a good idea.

Can I make one small suggestion?
It's kind of hard to read your posts when you do long ones because it comes across as one big block of text.
Maybe if you broke it up a little bit, the post would be an easier read.
