    Aren't they kevlar lined to prevent puncture? I remember seeing some discovery type video a long time ago. I doubt the suit will protect the astronaut from such blunt-force-trauma though.

    If the astronaut suit has oxygen, that Carbon Monoxide poisoning with the car thing ain't gonna work. :)

    Interesting. Sad, I remember in the 80's as a teen watching one of the news shows (like 60 Minutes or 20/20) and them having a story of how many astronauts once back on Earth suffered from depression and addiction. I have always remembered one of the astronauts said he wished he had never gone to space because life when he got back could never top that "high" again.
