Age restriction on Youtube

    There is a lot of violent clips on youtube, i must admit that i have reported some of them to Youtube hoping they would put an age restriction on it, but in vain. So when i was looking at Youtube for vidoes about Taser. There was just one that had an age restriction, most be extremely violent i thought.

    But all there is is a woman in a tank top beeing tazed. Forgive me i am European, but is there any hidden motivation for putting age restriction on this?

    There are other videos where people get tazered and its not age restricted. Either the uploader set it or someone complained and it got flagged. I also don't care enough to watch the whole thing to listen to language. When I'm too lazy to log onto google sometimes a video I want says age restricted and the exact same video is posted by someone else without it.

    So I'd guess the only hidden motivation is in your head on this one. Google tends to just set things without investigation, look at all the game review sites that got temporary shut down by one complaint recently.

    Even leading to things like this...
