Are you wanting to know what sort of structure to build into your export management code? I'm really confused by your lack of grammatical structure and assumption that all the programmers in here are 7th year postgrads working on their Ph.D's (which was implied by your word choices).

I want to know the Requirement of the Client in this Project.

what the client want from a Programmer in this project.

How the project works in the organisation.

First, you should analyze what data the company who would use the software is wanting to export. Then you would figure out what method to use for exporting, such as using XML files. Then you would design the GUI for the export process in your existing software. Then write the code, and debug it thoroughly.

There's your design process from start to finish.


By the way, I don't mean to attack you by saying this: you need to work on explaining yourself more clearly. Also, don't randomly capitalize words you feel are important. If I see capitalized words I immediately think "proper noun" or that you're referring to an existing piece of software.

Before we can discuss requirement of the system, we need to define the problem so we know what it should do. Otherwise I could say that a requirement is it should send a text message to my cell phone at 6 am every weekday because I'm to lazy to use an alarm clock.

There's a requirement, but it isn't going to help solve the problem at all.
