Im looking for a USB TV Tunner. Since im going to use it for my laptop. I need something that i can hookup to my cable box and watch live TV on my laptop screen with quality like a normal TV would have.

i havnt used it myself... but i've heard good things about the hauppauge WinTV USB2

Something like that I assume? That one has good reviews, I saw a few that were cheaper.
