Program to customize desktop
 

hi, everyone, so I wanted to see if anybody knew the name of that program that turns your desktop into like an html page, instead of you having program icons, u can put text on your desktop, so when u click on it it can open the program for you or take you to the internet, and you can also have a search bar on your desktop, anybody know the name of this program?
